3 Day Refresh Cleanse Results
Everyone loves to see RESUTLS and proof of the product. This was my 3 day Refresh journey this week and I am thrilled with the results!
What is 3 Day Refresh you ask? The 3-Day Refresh is 3-day program of specially formulated shakes, healthy snacks, and delicious, easy-to-prepare meals that have been scientifically designed to help you lose weight and break the cycle of bad eating while dramatically improving the way you feel.
I make healthy choices so why did I decide to do the 3 Day Refresh? I haven't done a cleanse in a while. I was feeling like I needed a little boost. I started another cycle of 21 Day Fix Extreme and I wanted to jump start the program with a boost. It worked!

How it works. The 3-Day Refresh is scientifically designed to help support your metabolism while nourishing your vital organs. Plus, you actually get to eat delicious, real food during this program. It is a low-calorie program (about 900 calories a day) but because the shakes and fresh food selections are high in protein and fiber, they will help keep you satiated throughout the day. Because this program is packed with fiber, if you don’t already have a diet that’s high in fruits, veggies, and whole grains, it’s a good idea to prepare for the 3-Day Refresh by eating a large salad and/or a few servings of fresh veggies throughout the week leading up to it.
It’s also incredibly important to stay hydrated during the 3-Day Refresh. Water is the body’s lubricant and is required for every major process. It keeps your digestion flowing, flushes out toxins, keeps your system balanced, and helps control hunger. The recommended amount of water is half your body weight in ounces every day. So, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should be
drinking at least 75 ounces of filtered water every day.
My Experience. Immediately upon waking, I drank 8-10 ounces of water. Within 1 hour of waking, I drank my CHOCOLATE Shakeology with 1 portion of fruit. I either blended a banana with my shake or ate 1/2 grapefruit. One hour after breakfast I drank a cup of green tea or herbal tea. The first day I didn't drink the tea and I did get a slight headache from "coffee detox". Mid-morning I drank Fiber Sweep mixed with 8 ounces of water. One hour later, I ate Lunch which consisted of a Vanilla protein shake mixed with 3/4 cup of frozen raspberries. You could choose to eat the serving of fruit if you wish. Accompanying my shake I had 2 stalks of celery with nut butter. One hour or so after lunch, I had a snack of vegetables and hummus. Then afternoon herbal tea between snack and dinner. Dinner was another Vanilla protein shake with a salad or a serving from their suggested dinner recipes, plus 1 cup of organic vegetable broth. Optional after evening herbal tea. Got to bed. Rest. Repeat for another 2 days.
WATER! WATER! WATER! I can't stress enough the power of drinking water. ESPECIALLY during a cleanse. Water helps get things moving and allows your body to function at it's optimum. It keeps your digestion flowing, flushes out toxins, keeps your systems balanced and helps control hunger. Outside of the water I mixed with my shakes, I drank approx. 64oz of additional water each day.
I couldn't be happier with my results. This is what I have to say about losing 1 inch off my waist and 5 pounds...
