10 Tips To Get Healthy For Your Wedding

Congratulations on your engagement; now the planning begins.

With all the planning and prepping it's easy to forget to take care of YOU! The best tip I can give you would be to NOT lose sight of your health. Below are my top 10 tips to help you get & stay healthy as you enter this new chapter of your life. These tips will stay with you for life.

  1. Stay hydrated. Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water. Daily. Proper hydration will help keep your skin more glowing and radiant for your big day! Learn 7 ways to increase your water intake.
  2. Be sure to take at least 30 minutes a day for activity. Go for a walk, run, or de-stress with yoga. Do what works for you. Check out these at home workouts for a busy lifestyle.
  3. Setting a goal for your workout or nutrition program is vital to your success. Here’s a free printable that I created to help you track your 21 day habits successfully!
  4. Reduce or eliminate your sugar intake, this will reduce bloat and puffiness. Sugar is the #1 culprit of inflammation in our bodies. [read more]
