Why I love 21 Day Fix so much

My first introduction to Beachbody was with the 21 Day Fix program. I love how simplified and easy to follow the program is. The nutrition plan is laid out so beautifully with color coded containers that are use to measure and track daily food consumption. The workouts only take 30 minutes of my day. I think most people can relate to not having too much time in their day to carve out for a workout, however, 30 minutes is definitely doable. Starting the 21 Day Fix program was also my first introduction to Shakeology. I have tried several other protein and meal replacement shakes on the market: Boku, VegaOne, Isagenix, RAWProtein, Warrior Blend, just to name a few. Some of them I liked better than others, but they all pale in comparison to Shakeology. I am particular about the type of protein I use since I can't have Whey or dairy. Once I tried Shakeology Vegan Chocolate, I was hooked. It's my healthy treat for the day that I look forward to.

I was on the fitness roller-coaster for years and was frustrated by the lack of results. I tried walking, running, yoga and biking.  Although I enjoyed all of them, I just wasn't seeing the progress I desired. I have found the 21 Day Fix program to be sustainable.  My first round of 21 Days was in March and I achieved phenomenal results.  I released 6 lbs and 6 inches.  This weight loss success and progress propelled me forward into doing another round.  It got to the point where my 21 days just turned into every day and I honestly lost track of how many rounds I have done.   NO OTHER fitness program has left me with such focus, determination and dedication. I 100% think it's because of their simple formula for success...simple fitness, simple eating, fast results.

Lastly, being a part of a 21 Day Fix challenge group on Facebook was a new experience for me.  The inspiration, motivation, support and accountability I found in this group really kept me going.  I never realized how that can be such a huge component to reaching my health and fitness goals. I enjoyed it so much, I became a coach so I can offer that to others.
